He is survived by: his wife Jan Spence Humphrey; his daughters, Farrah Humphrey, Heather Carson (Mark) and Hermia Grimes (Chad); his sister Emma Lou Smith; his brother-in-law Scott Spence (Michele); and his family, Donald and Jan.
