She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Earl Knight and Gladys Herndon Knight. She is survived by: her husband Ellis Lee Stephens, Jr.; her children, Kimberlee Stephens Taylor (Robert) and Ellis Lee Stephens III (Candi); and her grandchildren, Mara Lee Jones (Kevin), Walker Ellis Stephens and Wylder "Wylee" Earl Stephens. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Rouse Funeral Home (108 N Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551).
