He is survived by: his wife Janet Herring Penuel; his children, Stephen Stroud, Jennifer Blizzard (Jereme), Amy James (Cliff), Amanda Mooring (Trey) and Kristen Genovese (Steven); his grandchildren, Grayson Hamilton (Chase), Emily Stroud, Jackson Blizzard, Mallie Blizzard, Nicole Harrison (Seth), Hunter Smith, Sumer Smith, Anna Smith, Jarrett Mooring, Kenley Mooring, Harper Genovese, Truitt Genovese and Crew Genovese; and his great grandchildren, Kaylin Jarman and Sadie Harrison.
