She is survived by: her husband Charles Allan Riggs; her siblings, Emma Reason Moore (Billy) and Jimmy Reason (Karen); her children, Ray Cullipher (Tammy) and Angela Hill (Will); and her grandsons, Emerson and Blake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
