She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Johnson (Mike) and Tammy Moore (Edward); her grandchildren, Travis Johnson, Jordan Johnson and Landon Moore; her close friend Darrell Thigpen; her sisters-in-law, Carrol Henderson (Curtis) and Mary Tilghman; and her niece Sharon McCoy (Myron). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Rouse Funeral Home (108 N Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551).
