She was predeceased by : her parents, Bennie Henry and Mary Carter Mozingo; her husband Edwin Leonard Lindsey; her son Gary Lindsey; her grandson Dean Bass; her son-in-law William Thomas Rowe; and her siblings, Ben Mozingo, Irving Mozingo, J. C. Mozingo, Edna Earl Mozingo and Dorothy Whitehurst.
She is survived by : her children, Earl W. Lindsey (Jan) of Roper, NC, William "Pat" Lindsey (Lina) of Warner Robins, GA, Ronnie G. Lindsey of Dudley, NC and Vivian L. Rowe; and her grandchildren, Tracey Lindsey, L. J. Lindsey (Amanda), Charles Lindsey, Angela L. Overton (Bobby), Mark Lindsey, Beth L. Prater (Jeff) and Elizabeth R. Merrill (Andrew). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
