He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Lee Quinn and Nancy Stafford Quinn; and his brothers, Kelvin Lee Quinn and Charles Ray Quinn. He is survived by: his children, Blake Herring (Kelly), Kelly Hardy (Blake) and Cassie Johnson (Ryan); his grandchildren, Anberlee Johnson, Scarlett Hardy, Peyton Herring, Carson Herring and Baylor Hardy; his sister Karen Quinn DeBruhl (Jeff Davis); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Quinn Gomes, Kelvin Lee Quinn Jr., Garrett Quinn DeBruhl, Landon Ray DeBruhl, MacKenzie Rae DeBruhl and Caroline Elizabeth DeBruhl. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings.
