She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Edward and Ruby Brewer Hampton; and her sister Betty Smathers. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Hoxit; her children, Beth Hoxit and James Hoxit (Ashleigh); her grandchildren, Tiffan Black, Ryleigh Fuller, Keith Fuller and John Hoxit; and her sisters, Janice Ellerbee and Brenda Danielson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
