She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Osten Moss and Jessie Dorothea Cribb Moss; her husband Robert Wayne Priest; her siblings, Clara Moss Formyduval and James O. Moss; her son Robert Priest, Jr.; and her granddaughter Star G. Zyzyk.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Tric" Lynn Zyzyk (Thomas) and Donald W. Smith of Carolina Beach; her sister Diane Carteret; her grandchildren, Robert Wayne Priest, III (Jolene) of Shippenville, PA, Zachery W. Zyzyk (Virginia) of Alexandria, VA, Charlie K. V. Zyzyk of Arlington, VA and Stormy Zyzyk (Michael) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her great grandchildren, Jayden N. Zyzyk, Tala A. Zyzyk, Bryer J. Priest and Paisley G. Priest.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hallsboro United Methodist Church (1004 Hallsboro Rd S, Hallsboro, NC 28442). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
