He is survived by: his parents, Greg Randal Jacobs and Heather Creech Jacobs of Lake Waccamaw; his brothers, Garret Jacobs (Ashleigh) of Buckhead, Kendal Patrick of Buckhead and Tyler Patrick of Buckhead; his grandparents, Sherry, Marty Stennes of Riegelwood and Dianne Creech of Bolton; and his aunts, Tonya Jacobs (Travis) of Buckhead and Angela Garza (Rey) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
