He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Blackburn Apple and Mabel Newell Apple; and his daughter Wendy Apple McRae of Lakeview. He is survived by: his son Mike Apple (Dawn) of Lakeview; his wife Helen; his grandchildren, Andrew Apple (Nicole), Abby Howard (Mark), Maggie Harris, Will Apple (Alyssa) and Eric McRae; and his great grandchildren, Stella Livengood, Lily Howard, Madison Apple, Amelia Apple, Luke Howard and Ila Howard.
