He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farrell Osborne and Annie Genole Pless Osborne; his wife Mona Sylvia Woodie Osborne; and his siblings, Bence Osborne, Edna Watts, Ruby Martin and Maudine Kelly.

He is survived by: his children, Teresa Fite (Tony), David Osborne (Patti) and James Lee Osborne; his sister Rena Marshall; and his grandchildren, Anthony Shane Fite (Michelle), Casey Fite (Elizabeth) and Stephaine Osborne Russell (Bryan). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
