He was predeceased by: his parents, Braxton Cline and Florence Smith Cline. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lynn Templeton Cline; his son Robert Greg Payseur (Rose) of Roanoke, VA; and his brother Larry B. Cline of Severn, MD. He is also survived by niece, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
