He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Dean and Ruby Miller; and his brother James Earl Dean Miller. He is survived by: his wife Louetta Miller; his sons, Jonathan Miller and Jared Miller; and his sister Liz Augello. He is also survived by one niece and several cousins.
