He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Neaves Miller; his daughters, Glenda Reedy (Tony) of Grassy Creek and Janet Church (Kenny) of Port Richie, FL; his grandchildren, Kenny Church, Jennifer Anderson and Steven Church; his great grandchildren, Bennett Church, Bailey Church, Jordan Nemeth, Dylan Anderson, Conner Church, McKenna Church and Brenna Church; his great great grandchildren, Juliana and Emmie; his sister Jean Miller; Larry Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
