He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Howell (Chris); his granddaughter Catie Howell Kurtich (Christian); his son Matthew Ham (Karen); his grandchildren, Luke Rupard (Cassandra), Tyler Farmer, Jackson Ham, Autumn Farmer, Braxton Ham and Summer Farmer; and his sisters, Patricia Childress (James) and Leisa Powell (Todd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
