It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Elliott of Lansing, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Woodrow and Hattie Lou Waddell Emerson; and her husband George Wayne Elliott. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Peak (Roger) of Mouth and Michael Elliott (Tracie) of Lansing; her siblings, Buddy Emerson of White Top, Steven Emerson of Jefferson, Rex Emerson of West Jefferson, Mark Emerson of Independence, Virginia and Bernice Emerson of Lansing; her grandsons, Joshua Peak (Kelly) and Daniel Peak (Heather); her great grandchildren, Jayna, Jace, Kaelyn, Aaron and Caleb Peak; and her sister-in-law Julie Richardson of Lansing. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
