He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ed Baldwin and Nell Baldwin; his brothers, Harold and Edward; his siblings-in-law, Kay, Lorene, Danny, Junior and Kyle; his cousin Herbert; his wife Judy; his children, Johnny (Vickie) and Kelly (Brian); his grandchildren, Chase Baldwin (Abby Aldridge), Cody Ashley, Chloe Ashley and Coleman Baldwin; and his sisters, Jean Key, Mildred (Sherman Blevins), Lynda Stevens, Darlene Griffitts, Lois (Kenny Ham) and Beverly (Edward Poe).
