In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carroll had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Carroll may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurney Leviner and Lula Mae Butler Leviner; and his siblings, Gonzel Lee Leviner, Charles Lee Leviner and Molly Leviner Cribb.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Ellen Leviner; and his children, Darren Leviner (Luvine) of Pembroke and Donna Leviner Clark (Glenn) of Maxton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; along with many loving extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Springfield Church of God (10101 Gibson Rd, Laurel Hill, NC 28351). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Park (11007 Academy Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the same location.
