He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hunt and Corinthia Cummings; his siblings, Kenneth Voland and Saprina Voland Perez; and his nephew James Voland.

He is survived by: his wife Monica Voland; his sons, Farlin Voland and Charles Ray Voland Jr.; his siblings, Bernard Voland, Eldora Jones and Libby Voland; and his grandchildren, Kathlynn, Christian, Lucas and Skylar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
