He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth McElrath (Donna McElrath) and Amy Stainback Perkins (Steven Perkins); his child Louie Ahmad "Chloe" Talley; his sisters, Alizabeth Perkins and Amelia Perkins Algharaghir; and his niece Alvia Perkins.
