She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tyler of Washington and Lucy Jane Jacobs Tyler; and her siblings, George W. Tyler, Jr., Charlie Tyler, David Tyler, Robert G. Tyler, Phronia Tyler, Lillie Mae McGirt, Lucy Jane Carter, Pearlene Locklear, Nolia Locklear, Melree Dial and Mallie Cake Tyler.
She is survived by: her children, Willie "French" Bryant, III of Maxton, Dorsey Marie Hunt (Glenn) of Pembroke and Darlene B. Otten (James) of Maxton. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
