He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Buddy" Quick, Sr. and Eva Mae Jacobs Quick; his children, Thomas "Thumb" Quick and Lisa Tucker Quick; and his siblings, Clarence "Junior" Quick, Jesse Quick, Leroy Quick, Clyde Quick, Linda Faye Gibson, Mary Quick Flowers and Lula Mae Quick.
He is survived by: his son Arthur "Prentiss" Quick, Jr. (Betty) of McColl, SC; his stepdaughters, April Gainey of Hartsville, SC and Kim Graham of Hartsville, SC; his sister Mary Ann Quick English of Laurel Hill; and his sister-in-law Effie Quick of Laurinburg. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirty-eight great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving extended family.
