Barbara Hales Haney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Hales Haney (Laurinburg, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ammie Hales and Lennon Singletary Hales; her husband Chesley E. Haney; and her son Mike Haney. She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Lowrance (Bob) of Concord, Sara Williams (Tommy) of Pinehurst and Carol Coughenour (Mike) of Laurinburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
