He is survived by: his sons, Billy Ray Perkins, Jr. (Faith) and Sean Yahne (Jeanne) of McCormick, SC; his siblings, Joe Perkins (Laura) of Ft. Pierce, FL, Betty Fore of Laurinburg and Lena Gregory (Jessie) of Sebastian, FL; and his grandchildren, Colbi Perkins, J. J. Perkins, Konner Perkins, Liam Perkins and Alaniss Yahne. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
