He is survived by: his parents, Jimmie Berry (Esta) of Pinehurst and Patricia Ann Moser (Robert) of Laurinburg; his wife Stephanie Berry; his children, Chad A. "C. J." Berry, Jr., Jacob Norris of Laurinburg and Madison Norris; his siblings, Steve Adams (Teresa) of Niceville, FLA, Melissa Ann Wilson (Trip) of Laurinburg and Saundra Golden of Lilesville; his siblings' children, Haley Blackburn, Brody Wilson and Dalyn Locklear; his great-niece Aniyah Bullard; and his close friends, Travis Locklear, David Locklear and James Paul Davis, Sr.. He is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be given in Chad's memory to Hebron Colony Ministries, 356 Old Turnpike Road, Boone, NC 28607.
