He is survived by: his wife Amy Leviner Futrell; his pets, Creed and Knox; his siblings, Philip Futrell (Ellen), Andy Futrell (Cheryl), Dona Ashby and Nicky Futrell (Becky); his nieces and nephews, Randi Hebner, Elizabeth Futrell, Samarah Smith, Will Futrell and Ian Leviner; his great-nephews, Atlas Hebner and Michael Futrell; his sister-in-law Dawn Leviner; and his close friends, Lee Howell and Dale Briggs. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel (13640 Andrew Jackson Hwy, Laurinburg, NC 28352).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Humane Society of Scotland County, 1401 West Blvd., Laurinburg, NC 28352.
