He is survived by: his wife Estell Locklear Epps; his children, Clyde Anthony Epps (Kerry) of Buie, Arlene Locklear of Maxton, NC. and Leslie Epps Jacobs (Manuel) of Maxton, NC.; his grandchildren, Ashley (Daniel), Cameron (Lauren), Kaelem, Madison, Kelton, Tracy, Alex, Joe Neil, Jeremiah, Kaleb and Seth Epps; and his siblings, Joseph Epps (Deborah) of Maxton, Lucius Epps (Vera) of Maxton, Arletha Epps, Dora Lillian Hoback, Geraldine Epps, Connie Caulder of Maxton and Doretha Epps of Rowland. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
