He is survived by: his wife Vicky Strickland McGill; his daughters, Hollie Thompson Sanderson (Lacy) of Pembroke, Windy Thompson Lowery (Frankie) of Maxton and Tracy McGill (Delton Locklear) of Maxton; his siblings, Bobby McGill (Coleen) of Rutherfordton, Carolyn Summey (Rodney) of Cliffside and Thelma Waid (Ronald) of Houston, AL; and his grandchildren, Selena Brooks, Jada Sanderson, Tamara Sanderson, Cody Mishue, Whitney Lowery, Cearria Lowery, Kayla Emanuel, Keltyn Locklear and Tayhler Locklear.
