He is survived by: his wife Ann Mauldin Wright; his children, DJ, Jennifer Locklear of Laurel Hill and Ashley Wright of Laurinburg; his siblings, Willie James Wright, Jr. (Phyllis) of Delaware, Linda Louise Wright Campbell of Georgia and Virginia Wright Bryant (Chuck) of Hendersonville, NC; his stepdaughter Nikkie Patterson; his grandchildren, Samantha, Adrian, Jaylon, Tommy, Austin, Daniel, Nathaniel and Maddison; his great grandchildren, Dream, Legend, Jayton and Adrian; his stepgrandchildren, Little Bit and AJ; his nephew Virgil Adam; and his close friend Alden Ford of Rockingham.
