He was predeceased by: his parents, Fuller Locklear and Isella Strickland Locklear; and his siblings, Annie Lee Locklear and Willie D. Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Locklear; his children, Johnathan Berry, Zelbert Locklear, Jessica Marie Revels, Nevaeh Revels and Arielma Holt; his siblings, Fuller Locklear, Jr., Thurman Locklear, Carey Locklear, Berry Locklear, Isadora Clark, Jane Marie Locklear of Regina Locklear and Ala Sue Locklear; and his grandchildren, Aviana Berry, Reydon Berry, Lacota Revels, Raynin Berry, Nevaeh Revels, Joel Lowery, Riylin Berry, Phillip Revels, Jr. and Jaylynn Oxendine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
