She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Hamer Locklear and Mammie Clark Locklear; her husband Michael Norton, Sr.; and her brothers, Jimmy Ray Locklear, Gilbert Locklear and Hezzy Locklear.
She is survived by: her grandchild Atlanta Braves Baseball; her son Anthony R. Norton (Holly) of Hamlet; her siblings, Glen Locklear of Rockingham, Jeanette Seals of Wagram, Maxine Locklear, Virginia Locklear, Joyce Locklear, Glenda Lowery and Laurinburg; and her extended family, Makailyn "BooBoo" Locklear and Summer Locklear. She is also survived by grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews.
