She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Monroe Walters and Bertha Parker Walters; her husband Joe Yancy Thorne; and her children, Ernest Pruitt, Jr., Danny Ellis Pruitt and Libby Nell Britt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Woodell (Edward), Pat Goggins (Bill) and Belinda Faye LeQuire (Roger). She is also survived by sister, Linda Council; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 19 great-great grandchildren.
