He is survived by: his son Robert "Keith" Locklear (Kimberly) of McColl, SC; his daughter-in-law April Locklear; his siblings, Bill Locklear of Laurinburg, NC, Millie Repert of McColl, SC, Margaret Brigman of Laurinburg, NC and Carolyn Taylor of McColl, SC; and his grandchildren, Alexis Scroggins, Ciana Locklear and Devyn Locklear.
