He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hugh Collins and Karen Collins. He is survived by: his wife Tara E. Collins; his children, Matthew "Matt" David Jones (Marlena) of Rocky Mount, Shawn Michael Collins of Cameron and Katie Marie Collins of Sanford; his stepmother Theresa Collins of Union, KY; and his grandchildren, Adam Jones, Aidan Jones and William Collins.
