He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Louise Underwood Locklear; his children, Jerry Wayne Locklear and Kimberly Renee Auman; and his siblings, Lawrence Locklear, James Locklear, Robert Lee Locklear, Evelyn Coble, Jesse Lee Williamson, Josephine Leviner, Lizzie Jacobs and Iona Faulk.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Brigman (Kenneth W. Brigman, Jr.) of Hamlet, NC and Henry Lewis Locklear of Reidsville, NC; his siblings, William Locklear of Gibson, NC and Lena Mae Clark of Asheboro, NC; his grandchildren, Kamden Lee Duff, Valance Locklear, Charity Amber Locklear, Ashton R. Auman and Arianna Auman; and his great grandchildren, Devon Cain Locklear and Treaston Locklear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his loving extended family.
