Hall; his siblings, James Ray Hall, Dwight Hall, Shirley McDougald, Deborah A. Hall, Queen McDougald and Phyllis Benjamin; and his grandchildren, Andrea T. Register, Ja'Bril Caldwell, Ziatirya McRae, Howard L. Hall, III and Erik'a Hunter. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
