He is survived by: his wife Tammy Outlaw Conley; his children, Jamaine Conley (Cindi) of Fayetteville, NC, James H. Conley of Tabor City, NC, Aaron Conley (Taylor) of Lumberton, NC and Crystal Horne of Pembroke, NC; his stepchildren, Gina Webster (Tyler) of Laurinburg, NC and Chad Polk (Karen) of Red Springs, NC; his brother Johnny M. Conley (Gail) of Pembroke, NC; his sister-in-law Cathy Conley; and his grandchildren, Karleigh, Karsyn Conley, Alyssa, Kaidyn, Konnor Webster and Juniper Polk. He is also survived by loving extended family and friends.
