He was predeceased by: his son Richard Clancy; his grandchildren, Lynn Hall Paydos, Angel VanScyoc and Korin VanScyoc; and his great grandchild Kaylee VanScyoc.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Eva Berthiaume Clancy; his children, Steven Hall (Janet) of Oak Hill, FL, Kelley VanScyoc (Sean) of Laurinburg, NC and Kimberly Draper (John) of Tigard, OR; his grandchildren, Craig Hall (Kayla) of Hartford, CT, Kristopher VanScyoc (Stefany) of Fayetteville, NC, Ryan Sweeney (Michelle) of Waco, TX, Matthew Draper (Jazmen) of Seminole, FL, Jennifer Servian (Kyle) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Michael Draper of Portland, OR and Allison Draper of Tigard, OR; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Kay, Travis, Hayden, Lola, Luna, Ethan, Jake, Josh, Marilynn, Rowan, Preston, Charlie, McKenzie, Ellie, Brielle, Layken and Radley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
