He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Dutch, Sr. and Virginia Dare Jackson Dutch; and his sister Diane Kitchens. He is survived by: his wife Shelia "Kay" Dutch; his children, John F. Dutch, Jr. of Savannah, GA and Nicole Miranda (Luis) of Fredericksburg, VA; his siblings, Tommy Dutch of Laurinburg and Ellen Franklin (Robert); his grandchild Noelle Miranda; and his niece Deanna Leviner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel (13640 Andrew Jackson Hwy, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Park (11007 Academy Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352).
