Griffin of Wilmington, NC and Ann Lee Griffin (David Hardy) of Gibson, NC; his sisters, Shirly Ann Berghorn of California and Hazel "Gay" Randall (Robert) of Eden, NC; his grandchildren, Morgan Kauffman, Brandi Gonzaleze, Houston Blackwell and Hannah Hardy; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Gonzaleze, Griffin Kauffman and Hazel Kauffman. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
