He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ray Jacobs of Myrtle Beach, SC, John Christopher Jacobs (Barbara) of Laurinburg, NC, Travis Jacobs and Kim Medina (Jacob) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Delton Jacobs (Sandra), Jimmy Jacobs, Sheila Chavis (Bender Ray) of Maxton and Martha Lucas (Michael) of Pembroke; his sister-in-law Betty Jacobs of Maxton; his grandchildren, Dustin Sheppard, Sheri Sellers (Trina), Rebecca Davis (Jacob), John W. Jacobs, Amber Cansler (David), Courtney Poythress (Michael), Jasmine Knight (Brandon) and Jimmy Reeves; his caregiver Tonia McGirt; and the mother of his children Cynthia Tyndall. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
