He is survived by: his parents, Willie Nelson McNeill of Red Springs, NC and Heather Lynn Taylor of Laurinburg, NC; his siblings, Zakery Carter of Laurinburg, NC, Sequoia McNeill of Red Springs, NC and Annika McNeill of Fairmont, NC; his grandparents, Rita, Nelson McNeill of Red Springs, NC, Charles, Mona of Laurel Hill, NC and Paula Fields of Red Springs, NC; his great-grandparent Janice "Nonnie" Baxley of Red Springs, NC; his cousin Sam Hunt of Red Springs, NC; and his close friends, Kaylie Bass, Qualon Jacobs and Shane Locklear.
