She is survived by: her husband Charles Terrell "Terry" Clark; her daughters, Cheryl Alane Locklear (Kevin "Scotty" Blackwell) of Gibson and Julie Rene Gardner of Laurinburg; and her grandchildren, Aaron Michael Brown and Christian Riley Dunn.

Memorial donations are requested to be given to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
