He is survived by: his son Charles Edward Oxendine (Sylvia) of Laurinburg; his caregiver Phyllis Ann Oxendine Langley (Harold) of Laurinburg; his brother Motty Oxendine (Frances) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Charlene M. Moore (Allen) and Charles K. Oxendine; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Moore, Alexsandria M. Moore and Aiden K. Oxendine. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
