He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clell Foist Smith and Sarah Usher Smith; his wife Peggy Knight Smith; his children, Chelsie Breigh Johnson (Jeremy) of Gibson and Brock Smith of Gibson; his grandchildren, Brooklyn LeAnn, Samuel "Jett", Atlas Wesley and Scarlett Willow; and his siblings, Edna Haywood (Herman) of Pinehurst and Carter Smith (Jeannie) of Conway.
