He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Clark and Nancy Locklear Clark of Marlboro County; his daughter Jackie Denise Clark; and his brothers, Billy Thomas Clark, Howard Clark and Jerry Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Johnson Clark; his son Jonathan Thomas Clark (Gwendolyn) of Laurinburg; his sisters, Glennis Haux (Bob) and Lenora Gardner (Tommy); his grandchildren, Triston Cox, Kelly Clark and Jay Clark (Aaliyah); and his great grandchildren, Gunner Williams, McKenzie Cox, Harden Clark and Harlyn Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
