She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lucas and Bertha Black Lucas; her husband William George Stubbs; and her sister Katherine Stanton. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Wright of Gibson, William Douglas Stubbs (Evonne) of Winston Salem, Sharon Wright of Pinehurst, Donna Wright of Charlotte, Deborah Wright Dees of Gibson and Kristi Ormand (Mitch) of Charlotte; her siblings, Rev. Gary Lucas (Betty) of Parkton and Margaret Hogan of Gibson; her grandchildren, Tiffany Wright, Dennis "Michael" Wright, Jr. (Madison), Gene Smith, Michael "Brandon" Dees, Walker Wright, William Douglas Stubbs, Jr. and Derek Stubbs; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Wright, Brixon Everette Wright and Mia Bella Stubbs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
