She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Stephen Taylor and Bonnie Lee McGirt Taylor; and her siblings, Stephen Taylor, Neil Taylor, Christina Williams and Darlene Haywood.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Locklear; her children, Little Steve Locklear (Karen) of Laurel Hill, Jerry Locklear (Jennifer) of Laurinburg and Kimberly Faith Milligan of Laurel Hill; her siblings, Charles Ray Taylor of Hamlet, James Taylor of Laurel Hill and Vivian Milligan of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Aaron Locklear (Brook), Mikala Locklear, Gabrielle Locklear (Chris), Stephen Locklear, Gracie Locklear, Emily, Jayden and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Lawrence and Niomi Norton. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
