He is survived by: his mother Doris Jean Grooms Locklear of Laurinburg; his children, Timothy Locklear (Sabrina) of Laurinburg, Mitchell Locklear (Jessica) of Maxton, Jonathan Locklear of Laurinburg, Adam Locklear (Bethany) of Gibson, Doris Locklear of Laurinburg and Vendala Baker (David) of Gibson; his siblings, Charles Locklear (Diane), Richard Earl Locklear (Kathy), Donald Franklin Locklear (Sue), John Douglas Locklear (Lisa), Viola Jones, Nancy Jane Walker (Gilbert), Sarah Elizabeth "Lib" Locklear, Hattie Jean Hunt, Susan Brown (Ed) and Fannie Marie Locklear (James); and his close friends, Randy Blackwell, Phillip Tyndall and Jimmy Hunt. He is also survived by grandchildren, a host of loving nieces, nephews.
